This page sets out the full terms and conditions governing the use of the glorybd platform. Please read these terms carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing the glorybd platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between glorybd and its users.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Glorybd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page regularly.

Account Creation, Security & Personal Responsibility

Registration Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on glorybd.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (email and password) completely confidential.
You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.
Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

While using the glorybd platform, you must comply with the following rules. Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to hack the system, use bots, or access the platform via automated software is strictly prohibited.
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward other users is not tolerated.
Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is strictly prohibited.

Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform is prohibited; if you discover such an issue, please report it to us.
Reselling glorybd services to third parties or for commercial purposes is not permitted.
Using a false identity or fraudulent information to create an account or conduct transactions is prohibited.
Any technical issues or suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately.

Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy

Glorybd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods — such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
All deposited funds must come solely from your own legitimate sources; transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 72 business hours; processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances.
All applicable taxes or charges are the sole responsibility of the user; glorybd bears no liability in this regard.
Glorybd reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals at any time in the case of suspicious transactions and may request additional verification.
Bonus or promotional funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal; full terms and conditions for each offer will be stated separately.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Glorybd strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, glorybd is not liable for the following:

Losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
Delays or failures caused by third-party services or payment gateways.
Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content on the glorybd platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials — is fully protected by intellectual property rights.

Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without written permission is prohibited.
Decompiling or reverse engineering the game software or platform code is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use of glorybd's trademarks or brand name is not permitted.
Legal action will be taken in the event of any intellectual property infringement.

Account Suspension, Closure & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Glorybd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Evidence of fraudulent transactions or suspicious activity.
Evidence of operating multiple accounts or using a false identity.
As directed by law enforcement authorities or by court order.
Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before an account is closed; however, this may not apply in cases of fraud. Users may also request account closure at any time.

Third-Party Links & Services

Glorybd may integrate third-party game providers or payment processors on its platform. glorybd is not directly responsible for the quality, security, or performance of these third-party services. Users are advised to review the respective terms and conditions of any third-party service before use. Clicking on external links may direct you to sites outside glorybd's control, and the security of those sites is entirely the user's responsibility.

Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact

Right to Amend Terms

Glorybd may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time due to business needs, legal changes, or platform improvements. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification. However, continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
